    Domain transfer and recovery

Transferring a domain is simple when it is planned and painful when it is not. We map every record first, then move the name so the website stays up and no email is lost in the process.

    Starting from

    250 SAR — one-time

Activation time: 1-7 days depending on the registry
    Al Yarmuk, Riyadh

250 SAR covers a standard transfer including DNS rebuild. Registry transfer fees, where they apply, are billed at cost. Complex recovery cases are quoted after a free review.

Why Saudi businesses ask for this

A former supplier stops responding and the company cannot change its own website or email settings.

A badly executed transfer takes the email down for days because MX records were never copied first.

    What is included

    • Full audit and backup of current DNS records
    • Unlock, auth code and transfer into your own account
    • Email and website kept live throughout
    • Post-transfer verification and documentation

    How it works

    1. Name check

We check availability across .com, .sa, .com.sa and the close variants, and tell you which ones are worth protecting.

    2. Registration in your name

The domain is registered under your company or your commercial registration — you are the owner on record, not us.

    3. Email and DNS setup

Mailboxes, DNS records, SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured so your mail lands in the inbox and nobody can spoof your name.

    4. Handover and renewal watch

You receive the account credentials, a written record of every setting, and a renewal reminder before expiry.

    Frequently asked questions

Will my email stop during the transfer?

No. We replicate the DNS zone at the new provider before the transfer completes, so mail keeps flowing to the same mailboxes.

The old company refuses to release the domain. What now?

If the registrant record carries your commercial registration you have a strong claim with the registrar or registry. We prepare the evidence and pursue the dispute route.

Can I transfer a .sa domain the same way?

Saudi extensions follow the registry's own process and need document proof of the registrant. We handle that paperwork for you.

Do I lose the years I already paid for?

No. A standard transfer usually adds a year and keeps the remaining time on the name.
